Most brands offer a manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event you experience an issue/defect, please contact us. We will work with the manufacturer to process your warranty claim, simplifying your life and resolving your issue as quickly as possible!

We recommend having all products PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED.

All $100+ orders receive free Economy or Ground shipping within the contiguous U.S., while orders under $100 are charged a reasonable fee. Expedited shipping is available on most (but not all) products.

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and most other international locations.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned CLEAN, in NEW condition, and with ORIGINAL packaging.

We understand the need to try an item on your horse or animal to ensure it fits. When doing so, please leave all original tags on your product until you are sure it fits. When trying on a product for fit, we encourage you to first put a clean sheet on your animal and then try the new item over the clean sheet. If a return is needed after trying an item on, please make sure the returned product is clean (which includes wiping off hair, dirt, etc.).
