We know you want your order quickly. Our goal is to ship orders within 24 hours. In stock items are shipped promptly via UPS, FedEx and USPS depending where you live and the type of shipping service you select during checkout.
When checking out, you may see the option to select Free Economy Shipping. Economy means your package will ship via USPS First Class Package, Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or UPS SurePost, depending on the order contents/weight/dimensions.
Economy shipping can take anywhere from 5-7 business days depending where you live. This option is available for orders placed within the Contiguous United States.
Most Ground orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground and may take from 3-5 business days to arrive depending on where you live. Our main warehouse is located in Englewood, CO.

Need your order in a hurry? No problem! We offer expedited shipping options (1 Day or 2 Day). To ensure your order ships the same day, please place the order by 12 PM Mountain/ 2 PM EST. Orders shipped the same day during weekdays (Monday thru Friday). Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 2 PM EST/ 12 PM Mountain will be shipped the next available business day. If it's after that time, please call or text us at 970-306-6594 if you'd like to see if it's possible that we still get it out that day. We'll do everything we can!
Expedited shipping costs are estimated during the checkout process. Unfortunately, horse blankets can be bulky and heavy, which can add costs, especially for expedited shipments. If an order requires additional shipping, a customer service representative will contact you prior to shipping your order. Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
The checkout process will calculate shipping for any order shipping to HI or AK using a flat fee based on order amount. If the actual shipping is greater than this amount, a customer service representative will contact you prior to shipping your order.
How long will it take for your order to arrive?
Our goal is to ship orders the same day, if ordered by 12pm MT/ 2 PM EST. Some orders ship directly from our warehouse in Englewood, CO. However, some products are shipping directly from our manufacturers in PA, NC, NH and CA. These secondary warehouses might affect delivery times. Some expedited options are not available in these locations.

Shipping Delivery Guarantee
Unfortunately, all major carriers are not guaranteeing delivery times (even for expedited shipments) at this time. While most shipments are still making it on time, if shipments are late due to FedEx, UPS or USPS delays, these will not be eligible for shipping refunds. Weather Delays are not reimbursable and beyond carrier's control.

We are happy to ship orders internationally. All international orders ship via FedEx or UPS and may take up to one extra week to ship. Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties that may result from a shipment. If actual shipping is higher than estimated while placing your order, a customer service representative will contact you before the order is shipped for shipping approval.
