The Rhino® Turnout 0g blanket is designed for durability and versatility, offering reliable protection for your horse in all seasons.
Featuring Barrier Layer Technology, this turnout is crafted with a 1000D polypropylene outer, a stronger and more resilient alternative to polyester. The Aquatrans Technology ensures waterproof and breathable protection, while the 210T shine-enhancing polyester lining helps maintain coat health and comfort with anti-static and anti-bacterial properties.
Designed for freedom of movement, the blanket includes dual-leg arches to allow unrestricted motion, while the three crossed surcingles provide a secure and comfortable fit. The V-Front Closure reduces pressure around the shoulders, enhancing mobility and comfort.
For added flexibility, this blanket is liner compatible, allowing for easy layering with Horseware® liners, and hood compatible, featuring Velcro sandwich attachments for an optional detachable hood (sold separately) and leg strap compatibility.
Finished with reflective strips for enhanced visibility, a waterproof tail flap, and a PVC wipe-clean tail cord, the Rhino® Turnout 0g is a resilient and adaptable choice for all weather conditions.
How To Measure Your Horse
Using a soft measuring tape, measure from Point A at the center point of the chest, across the point of the shoulder and to Point B at the center of the tail. When you have this measurement, remove 4 inches (10 cm) and choose that as your horse's size. Bear in mind that every horse is different and that this measurement is a guide only. We carry many different styles to suit all shapes and sizes. To learn more about how to fit your horse click here.

Blanket Weights
Turnouts and blankets come in a variety of weights. To make it easy, Horseware has created this temperature scale to serve as a general guide. Turnouts act as a waterproof insulator layer, keeping your horse dry and helping to maintain warmth in wet and cold weather conditions. Stable blankets are not waterproof and simply provide insulation for warmth. Please be aware that conditions may vary in a short time span, and always ensure your horse is appropriately dressed given the current weather. To learn more about blanket weights click here.
