Rhino Wug Turnout Blanket (100g Medium-Lite)
The perfect turnout for unpredictable Spring and Fall weather. Featuring Rhino Barrier Technology, 100g of thermobonded fiberfill and a high neck design, this durable waterproof sheet will add breathable protection from wet weather without causing your horse to overheat. The Rhino Wug waterproof horse blanket turnout offers top of the line quality and design for an affordable price.
What makes the Rhino so special? Most horse turnouts have the waterproof coating applied directly to the the outer layer. The innovative Rhino Barrier Technology takes a different approach, as it actually places the Waterproof Barrier Layer with AquaTrans coating on a separate inside layer, just underneath the durable outer layer. This means that if the outer layer is damaged, the waterproof barrier below will still protect your horse.
Additionally, this turnout features a strong 1000D polypropylene outer layer. Polypropylene is 50-100% stronger than the coated polyester from which the majority of turnouts are made. Against your horse's coat is an anti-static, anti-bacterial polyester lining, that will enhance shine, smooth your horse's coat and prevent rubbing and slippage.
The Rhino Wug Turnout features a high cut neck design for a snug fit that eliminates wither pressure with a V-front closure to give freedom of movement to graze, 100g of thermobonded fiberfill, leg arches, shine enhancing polyester lining, reflective strips and cross surcingles. Hoods and liners are not compatible due to the high neck cut.
