Our goal is for all orders placed by 12pm ET, Monday-Friday to ship that same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, holidays, or after 12pm ET will ship the next business day. Most orders ship from our Houston, TX fulfillment center while others ship from our various suppliers located around the U.S.

Sometimes orders shipping directly from our suppliers may experience a delay in fulfillment. These orders typically ship in 1-2 business days, and we will update our customers regarding any delays. Additionally, some expedited shipping options are unavailable in these fulfillment locations.

Once an order is fulfilled, its shipping timeline will be dependent on where it shipped from, its shipping destination, and the carrier/method used.

Please note that these maps are estimates, as they represent shipping timelines for orders shipped only from our Houston, TX location. Orders shipping from our other locations will vary from shipping timelines displayed above. We work to minimize delivery timelines by shipping from our nearest in-stock location.

By combining the above transit time maps with the below chart, you should have a good estimate of when your order will be delivered to you.

Please remember when you are calculating your order's expected arrival date that the day of shipment does not count toward transit time. Additionally, only business days are counted toward "expected transit time" (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are excluded).

The exception to this is that Saturday deliveries are possible but are dependent on your local delivery network. If your address is eligible, your delivery date may move forward to Saturday (instead of Monday). Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm Saturday deliveries prior to shipping.

Here are some examples of shipping timelines:

• Your order is placed Sunday at 10am ET. Order is fulfilled from our houston, TX fulfillment center on Monday with an "expected transit time" of 3 days. Your order will arrive on Thursday.
• Your order is placed Friday at 10am ET. Order is fulfilled from our Houston, TX fulfillment center on Friday with an "expected transit time" of 4 days. Your order will arrive on Thursday.
• Your order is placed Wednesday at 6pm ET. Order is fulfilled from our Houston, TX fulfillment center on Thursday with an "expected transit time" of 2 days. Your order will be scheduled to arrive on Monday, but it may arrive on Saturday depending on your local delivery network.

We pride ourselves on fulfilling and delivering orders to our customers as quickly as possible. We promise that we will do our part in fulfilling your order within your shipping method’s expected timeframe. Although rare, some shipments may experience shipping delays and/or issues from time to time. (We experience these delays/issues across all major carriers). When these events occur, we guarantee that we will make the situation right for our customers in a timely manner.

The vast majority of our shipments continue to reach our customers within their expected timelines. However, all major carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) have currently suspended guaranteed delivery times (including on most expedited shipments). This unfortunately means that if shipments are late due to carrier service delays, these orders are ineligible for shipping refunds. Additionally, weather delays are considered beyond our carriers' control and are also ineligible for shipping refunds.

U.S. (contiguous) shipments via Economy and Ground methods will never be subject to additional shipping fees. However, sometimes we may be required to assess additional shipping fees on expedited, international, and Alaska/Hawaii shipments.

We do our best to estimate the cost of shipping during the checkout process. Unfortunately, our products vary greatly in weight and size, which can be challenging to estimate upfront. Although it is a rare occurrence, a customer service representative may contact you prior to your order shipping if it requires additional shipping fees. Standard shipments to Alaska and Hawaii typically ship within 1 business day. Your order arrives 4-8 business days from shipment date depending on shipping destination.

Standard shipments to Canada typically ship within 1 business day. However, shipments may be delayed in fulfillment between 3-6 days while we perform location transfers prior to fulfilling your order (due to limited fulfillment centers being able to ship internationally). Once we are ready to ship your order, it arrives 4-8 business days from shipment date depending on shipping destination.
