Returns & Exchanges

When you shop at Performance Horse Blankets, we hope you love your products!


If for some reason you are not satisfied, exchanges and returns are EASY!  You have 365 days to return an item.  Even items purchased on sale are eligible for a return.  Most refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your return.

To receive a full refund, the item must be in its original condition in its original packaging.  We understand you may need to try an item on your horse.  If possible, put a clean sheet on your horse prior to trying the new item.  If items are not returned in new condition your return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way to receive the new item is to place a new order for that item.  Then we will refund you for the original item when we receive it back.  

Original shipping/delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or orders that are shipped incorrectly.

Many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Along with your returned items, please include your name, phone number, order number and the reason for your return.  

To protect yourself against lost shipments, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
