  Not what I expected

  This is the first negative review I have ever written but I was really disappointed in this product. I have purchased a number of Shires products and have several Tempest blankets (which are excellent and my favorites for my horse). The only term I can think of at the moment for this liner is “skimpy”: barely long enough lengthwise and widthwise. The liner does not even reach my horse’s elbows…

  Response from Performance Horse Blankets: Thank you for the honest feedback. Liners are cut to sit inside the turnout, so they typically run shorter and closer-fitting than the outer blanket. The 100g is the lightest weight, designed as a thin extra layer. If you want more coverage, the 200g Warma liner is the better choice — just order the same size as your turnout. We’re glad the Tempest blankets have been favorites!
