Rambo Wug Turnout Blanket (50g Medium-Lite)

The Rambo® Wug Turnout (50g Light) has multiple design details you'll love, including a high neck design that not only keeps the chill off your horse's neck but makes it a desirable choice for horses of a narrower build and high withers, helping to eliminate wither pressure.

The robust 1000D Ballistic Nylon waterproof and breathable outer contains a 50g Thermobonded fiberfill, which combines superior performance without bulk in this lightweight turnout rug. Ideal for taking the edge off those slightly cooler temperatures in the late spring and early autumn months.

Horseware has combined the Surefit Neck Design with V-Front Closure and leg arches for extended freedom of movement. The embossed anti-static, anti-bacterial, shine-enhancing lining helps keep your horse's skin healthy and happy.

Other blanket design features include reflective strips for greater visibility, a wipe-clean tail cord and machine washable care label for hygiene and three crossed removable surcingle straps incorporating the Rambo® Safety Surcingle System for security and comfort.

Sizing

Using a soft measuring tape, measure from A (the center point of the chest), across the widest point of the shoulder and to B (the center point of your horse’s rear, under the tail). Weight & Function

This is a medium-light weight turnout, intended to keep your horse dry while offering a bit of warmth in cooler weather.

Turnouts, blankets & sheets serve a variety of functions. Turnouts act as a waterproof insulator layer, helping to maintain condition in cold weather. Stable blankets are not waterproof and simply provide insulation for warmth. Other sheets (cooler, competition, scrim, etc.) excel at a number of other functions. Please be aware that conditions may vary in a short time span, and always ensure your horse is comfortable under the current conditions. Product Fit

Rambo Turnouts run just slightly larger than a standard sheet. This turnout will typically fit as measured. The original high cut neck design of the Rambo Wug is perfect for horses with a narrow build and high withers.
