The Shires Tempest Rain Sheet features a ShireTex® 600 denier ripstop outer layer that is waterproof and breathable, with a specially formulated hydrophilic coating designed to draw moisture away from your horse to the surface of the blanket.  This great turnout also includes double hook and eye chest closures, d-rings for leg straps (leg straps not included), adjustable cross surcingles, tail flap and tail strap.  Machine washable.
