Returns & Exchanges

When you shop at Performance Horse Blankets, we hope you love what you order! However, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Need a different size? Product didn’t work out? Change your mind? We’re here to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your experience by making the return process hassle free.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in new condition and with original packaging. If items are not returned in new condition with original packaging, your return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee (see details below).

Once your return reaches us, we will process your return and issue your necessary refund, credit, and/or exchange. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. (Updated Feb. 2025)

If you experience an order issue (i.e. missing, damaged or incorrect) or a warranty issue, please contact us prior to returning this product.

How to Return/Exchange an Item

Step 1: Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal to begin your return approval.

Step 2: Pack your return in an appropriately sized package and affix your shipping label. If returning for an exchange, please note the new product that you would like in exchange.

Step 3: Drop off your package at your most convenient UPS/FedEx/USPS location depending on the carrier.
