Fast, thoughtful customer service in spite of slow shipping time

They were able to get my blanket out quickly, but the shipping time took almost 2 weeks (not really their fault, rather the carrier's issue). I had a problem with the tracking number and as soon as I brought that up, they fixed the issue and got me a quick answer. I love this blanket and will be purchasing from them again :-)
