Refund policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied,  you have 365 days to return an item.  To receive a full refund, the item must be in its original condition in its original packaging.  We understand you may need to try an item on your horse.  If possible, put a clean sheet on your horse prior to trying the new item.  

If items are not returned in new condition your return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way to receive the new item is to place a new order for that item.  Then we will refund you for the original item when we receive it back.  

Original shipping/delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or orders that are shipped incorrectly.

To protect yourself against lost shipments, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Upon receipt of an item not in original condition or without packaging, a representative will call you to discuss your options (partial refund, item returned to you, etc).
