Price Match Guarantee
We promise that we won’t be beat on price. We understand that we operate in a competitive industry, and we want to ensure that our customers are receiving the best value available. Over many years we have developed a loyal customer base who values shopping with us. For these reasons, we are happy to offer our customers a Price Match Guarantee. Although we have a number of specific considerations for authorizing a price match, we want to ensure that the process is straightforward: If you find the exact same product, available to ship immediately, at a discounted price (inclusive of shipping cost) elsewhere, we will match that price. We pride ourselves on fulfilling and delivering orders to our customers as quickly as possible. We promise that we will do our part in fulfilling your order within your shipping method’s expected timeframe. Although rare, some shipments may experience shipping delays and/or issues from time to time. (We experience these delays/issues across all major carriers). When these events occur, we guarantee that we will make the situation right for our customers in a timely manner.
The vast majority of our shipments continue to reach our customers within their expected timelines. However, all major carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) have currently suspended guaranteed delivery times (including on most expedited shipments). This unfortunately means that if shipments are late due to carrier service delays, these orders are ineligible for shipping refunds. Additionally, weather delays are considered beyond our carriers' control and are also ineligible for shipping refunds.

Fast & Free Shipping*
We know you want your order quickly, which is why we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. We promise that in stock items are shipped promptly via FedEx, UPS or USPS (carrier determined by shipping destination and shipping service selected at checkout). Most orders placed by 2pm ET, Monday-Friday will ship that same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, holidays, or after 2pm ET will ship the next business day via your selected shipping method.
